1. Sponsor
The Sports Vape Back to School Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Sports Vape (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:
Are legal residents of the United States.
Are twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
Are currently enrolled as a student at an accredited educational institution.
Present a valid, current student identification card at the time of registration.
Are active members of the Sports Vape MVP Rewards Program.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household member) of Sports Vape may not be eligible to participate.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Sports Vape Back to School Giveaway begins August 15, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) and ends September 15, 2026, at the close of business at Sports Vape’s Grand Forks and Fargo, ND locations (“Giveaway Period”).
All entries must be received in person during the Giveaway Period. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
The random drawing will be conducted on or about September 16, 2026, and the winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter by:
Registering in person at either Sports Vape location:
Grand Forks, North Dakota Fargo, North Dakota
Presenting a valid current student ID.
Providing any required registration information.
Being an active MVP Rewards Member at the time of entry.
If you are not currently enrolled in MVP Rewards, you may do so at time of entry.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Multiple entries by the same individual may result in disqualification.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
256GB MacBook Neo
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $699.00
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will occur within a reasonable time after the Giveaway closes.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be contacted using the contact information provided during registration.
If the selected winner:
cannot be contacted,
fails to respond within seven (7) days,
is found to be ineligible,
or fails to complete any required documentation,
Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Winner may be required to present valid government-issued identification and current student identification before receiving the prize.
8. Publicity
Release By entering the Giveaway, participants grant Sports Vape the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use the entrant’s name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, city and state of residence, and statements relating to the Giveaway for advertising, promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to social media, websites, digital advertising, print advertising, television, streaming platforms, and other promotional materials, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sports Vape reserves the right to:
cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway;
disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Terms & Conditions; verify eligibility of any entrant.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding all matters relating to the Giveaway are final and binding.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sports Vape, its owners, employees, affiliates, representatives, agents, and promotional partners from any liability arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries;
technical or human errors;
printing errors;
interruptions or failures affecting the administration of the Giveaway.
11. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely for administering the Giveaway, enrolling or verifying MVP Rewards membership, and for marketing communications consistent with applicable law and Sports Vape’s privacy practices.
12. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize.
13. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of North Dakota.
14. Acceptance of Rules
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Terms & Conditions and to all decisions made by Sports Vape, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
